Jumeirah has been appointed to manage Jumeirah Al Khor Hotel and Residences, a prestigious hotel and apartment development which will be located in the heart of Dubai Healthcare City, overlooking Dubai Creek. The hotel tower will feature 439 well appointed luxury rooms and suites over 34 storeys whilst the residential component of the project will feature 406 fully serviced apartments over 42 storeys, which will be leased on a short to medium term basis. In addition, the hotel tower will feature four dedicated floors of Special Care units, equipped with the latest medical equipment and fully serviced by highly qualified medical staff, which is a first for the region. |
