The new Customer Care Centre (CCC) was formed in 2003 to assist Better Life customers throughout the UAE. We would be able to facilitate all kinds of information requests, product questions and general inquiries. With the assistance of our experienced team of service personnel we hope to equip you with solutions that match your requirements. - Trouble-shoot maintenance issues
- Verify warranty information and terms
- Clarify model-specific features on old and new products
- Help with product operation / set-up / Demo.
- A one-stop shop for your Appliance accessories & Spare Parts requirements at reasonable rates.
- Shortly announcing an Annual Maintenance Contract policy for a complete hassle-free maintenance for your appliances & round the year support.

- All products carry 1 year Warranty from the date of purchase/invoice.
- All service requests are attended to within 3 working days.
- Warranty details to be provided to avail the Warranty on the appliance.
- Pick-up & Delivery of Small Appliances will be done only from Retail Showrooms / Dealers.
- One month service warranty is offered on all out-of-warranty repairs on labor & components replaced.
- Call out / Visit charges for out-of-warranty complaints is 200 Dhs which has to be paid irrespective of whether repairs are undertaken or not.
- Minimum service charge is 200 Dhs excluding spare parts, Call out charges will be adjusted against service charges.
- Damages due to mis-use are not covered under warranty.
- Electrical & plumbing work has to be done by the customers & is not within our scope of work.
- Shifting & re-installation of appliances will be on charge basis, even during warranty.
- Cleaning of ACs not covered under warranty.
- Service / Repair charges will be as per price lists issued from time to time.
