Peanut Butter Mocha
30 Minutes Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • OL Firenze Arpeggio or VL Altissio or Nespresso Pro Ristretto 40ml
  • 100 ml milk, chilled
  • 10 g milk chocolate (55 % cacao solid)
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • Peanut brittle to serve

METHOD:

1. Place the chocolate and peanut butter in the barista device

2. Add the milk and brewed coffee (espresso)

3. Close the lid and select Mocha then press start

4. Pour into a cappuccino glass and serve with some peanut brittle
