Sweet Dukkah Latte

Sweet Dukkah Latte
30 Minutes Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • OL Volluto or VL Il Caffe or Nespresso Coffee Pro Congo Organic 40 ml
  • 10 g pistachios
  • 10 g slivered almonds
  • 10 g shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 30 ml condensed milk
  • 200ml milk

METHOD:

1. Make the dukkah by toasting the nuts and coconut in a pan until fragrant

2. Let it cool down and grind to a coarse crumb in a spice grinder with the sugar and cinnamon

3. Pour the condensed milk in a glass

4. Froth the milk in the Aeroccino and pour in the glass on top of the condensed milk

5. Brew the coffee (espresso) in the glass on top of the milk

6. Sprinkle with the sweet dukkah (use leftover dukkah to sprinkle over ice cream or desserts)
