Delivery, Returns and Refunds

• We promise to deliver the products within 48 to 72 hours to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Orders from Ajman will be delivered on Sundays. Orders from Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain will be delivered on Wednesdays and orders from Al Ain and Al Fujairah will be delivered on Mondays and Thursdays.
• In case of unexpected delays, we will keep you posted on the updated delivery schedule.
• We do not provide deliveries to the below areas:

• - Hatta (Inside UAE)
• - Lahbab
• - Al Madam
• - Al Khazna (Abu Dhabi)
• - Al Mirfa (Abu Dhabi)
• - Beda Zayed (Abu Dhabi)
• - Al Ruwais (Abu Dhabi)
• - Al Dhafra (Abu Dhabi)
• - Dalma Island (Abu Dhabi)
• - Habshan (Abu Dhabi)

• - Al Sila (Abu Dhabi)

You can return an item within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval. Just make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it (unused with an unopened package). Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to 3–5 business days for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed, amount should reflect back in your bank account / card statement within 10 - 14 days. The refund will be processed depending on the purchase method you choose. A refund can also be made in the form of a gift voucher or store credit, which you can redeem within six months, or the amount can be reimbursed on the same card used in the purchase.

• Items collected from the showroom: Return the unused products, packed and sealed in the original box.
• Items delivered through our delivery team: Get in touch with us and we will schedule an inspection for its return.

• You can receive refunds in a form of store credit within 48 hours of making the purchase.
• Credit notes or gift vouchers can be used within 6 months from the date issued.
